Agreement

By using devdivestudio.tech or any app published by Dev Dive Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Use of our website and apps

You may use our website and apps for lawful, personal or business purposes. You must not misuse them, attempt to disrupt them, or access them by automated means without permission.

Apps distributed through the App Store

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content.

Apps distributed through Google Play

Apps downloaded from Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them according to their policies.

Client projects

Custom development work is governed by a separate written agreement between Dev Dive Studio and the client. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Intellectual property

The website, apps, names, logos and content are owned by Dev Dive Studio unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer

Our website and apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.
